In 2018, founders of Perspectum Drone Inspection Services took note of inefficiencies and high costs in the long-stagnant emission detection sector. They began to research and experiment with several modern technologies that were underutilized or entirely absent in the field. The result is a comprehensive Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) inspection platform capable of efficiently and accurately locating fugitive emissions.

Industry collaboration brings together the best of the best, creating remarkable tools for the future. Perspectum has developed partnerships with drone and sensor manufacturers, data managers, regulators, field implementors, and more.
Perspectum is currently engaged with Alberta Methane Emissions Program (AMEP) and Carbon Management Canada (CMC) to develop UAV based gas quantification AI to measure leaks.
